  * 31/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  * 4 Tbsp Cocoa
  * In 1 Tbsp butter
  * 3 Tbsp Milk

Directions

  - small saucepan mix sugar and Cocoa
  - Add milk and stir over heat.
  - Heat until Sugar and Cocoa dissolve
  - Add butter, stir until melted
  - Continue cooking & stirring until desired consistency is reached will thicken as it cools
